RAAF Base Tindal
No.75 Squadron has operated the F/A-18 Hornet since 1988 and was the last RAAF Hornet squadron. In 2021, just months before the Hornet’s retirement, this special scheme was applied to A21-18. It was styled on the colours and markings of the unit’s mascot: the Australian magpie.
